Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking an Analyst II, Credit & Portfolio to support the Floorplan Portfolio Division. You will assess risk, manage accounts, and prepare essential documents for floorplan financing, collaborating with multiple departments under moderate supervision.

You will leverage data to monitor risk exposure, maintain regulatory awareness, and drive process improvements. A strong background in finance, credit, and portfolio management is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in business, finance, or accounting.
• 5 years of industry or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English (read/write/speak).
• Working knowledge of ACV Auctions products and services.
• Experience with CRM software (prefer Salesforce).
• Experience in Risk & Loss mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Review floorplan accounts for risk using business and credit scores and data.
• Prepare, review, and submit documents to secure floorplan accounts.
• Develop solutions for continuous improvement in analysis and risk management.
• Maintain knowledge of finance regulations as they apply to floorplans.
• Collect on NSF accounts and prepare demand letters on defaults.
• Review audit findings and recommend risk mitigations.
• Submit default accounts to third‑party collections or Auction Insurance Agency.
• Distill data to provide risk analysis to management and stakeholders.
• Verify dealer documentation accuracy for filings.
