Job summary

HireNetworks Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Raleigh, NC location to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure safety, and optimize the flow of carpet rolls, tiles, and related materials.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of warehouse leadership, a valid forklift certification, proficiency with Excel, and experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory, staging, and loading for installation crews. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Flooring or construction materials experience is a plus.
• Forklift Operator Certification required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, unloading, and logging inventory vs purchase orders and packing slips.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with regular cycle counts using the WMS.
• Coordinate staging and load-out for daily installation starts with project managers.
• Design efficient storage layouts for bulky flooring materials and pallets.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain equipment servicing.
• Manage returns, overages, and scrap to minimize waste.
