Job summary

Flagstone Foods in Robersonville, NC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the factory warehouse operations, oversee third‑party warehouses, and manage related contracts to meet service, quality, and cost goals. Qualifications

• Must have valid forklift certification.
• 1–3 years of experience using a forklift.
• 3 to 5 years minimum job-related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a manager role.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP experience.
• Food Safety, PCQI, HACCP Certification or acceptable experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the factory warehouse, third party warehouses and applicable contracts.
• Coordinate warehouse activities such as shipping, receiving and inventory controls.
• Oversee daily activity of warehouse employees to ensure high customer service levels.
• Liaise between manufacturing and customer service.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
• Interview, select, and train warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Inspect warehouses and equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
• Oversee inventory controls, returns, damage, and accuracy.
