Job summary

Flagstone Foods in Robersonville, NC seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee factory warehouse operations, third-party warehousing contracts, and inventory controls. You’ll lead a team, manage budgets, ensure safety and food safety compliance, and coordinate with manufacturing and customer service to meet performance goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, forklift certification, and strong Microsoft Office and SAP skills.

Qualifications

• Must have valid forklift certification.
• 1 - 3 years of experience using a forklift.
• 3 to 5 years minimum job-related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a manager role required.
• Strong computer skills including knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Food Safety, PCQI, HACCP Certification or acceptable experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the factory warehouse, third party warehouses and applicable contracts.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving and inventory controls with supervisors.
• Oversee daily activity of warehouse staff to ensure customer service levels.
• Coordinate between manufacturing and customer service.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
• Interview, select and train warehouse personnel.
• Ensure safety, security and OSHA compliance within warehouses.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Provide regular electronic reports and metrics.
