Interface Americas, Inc seeks a Technical Specialist to be the technical expert for our nora rubber flooring portfolio. You will partner with customers and the sales team to guide installations, troubleshoot, and provide technical support.

This role drives customer satisfaction and supports growth in the nora business. Based in LaGrange, Georgia, the position requires up to 70% domestic travel and occasional international travel, with opportunities to contribute to training and technical

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with resilient flooring, including installation.
• Experience with mitigation systems and floor preparation is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proper installation techniques for national accounts.
• Attend pre-construction meetings to ensure sub-floor prep and specifications.
• Assess installer skill levels for nora approved status.
• Inspect installations and document issues with reports and photos.
• Write or update technical literature as required.
• Provide technical support and create installation mock-ups and samples.
• Manage customer complaints and drive resolution with the team.
• Prepare reports on major competitor product issues.
• Conduct trainings in the nora Academy as needed.
• Present at North American Sales Meetings and trade shows.
