Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals in Duluth, GA is seeking a Flooring Solutions Technician 2 to coordinate with leadership and provide outstanding service to our customers. You will operate, set up and repair equipment, maintain a professional appearance, and communicate clearly to ensure reliable, on-time service.

This role requires 3–5 years of mechanic experience with IC engines, propane, electrical and hydraulic systems, along with a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of mechanic experience with IC engines, propane, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• HS diploma or GED; some trade training desirable.
• Must provide mechanic’s tools of trade.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to keep equipment rental-ready.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups and service calls with customers.
• Operate company vehicle safely and maintain records and licenses.
• Keep workspace clean, organized and safe per company policy.
• Train authorized operator or customer on safe use of equipment.
• Maintain and track inventory of parts and supplies.
