Job summary

Romanoff Renovations is seeking a full-time Commercial Flooring Sales Representative to manage multiple leads and provide some project management support for installed flooring projects. You will cultivate relationships with general contractors, architects, designers, owners, and end users, while collaborating with internal teams.

This role offers a base salary plus commission, with tools and support provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Commercial sales or flooring sales a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple sales leads and projects from start to finish.
• Develop new business and manage existing clients (general contractors, architects, designers, owners).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Travel to job sites and offices as needed.
• Communicate project progress to internal stakeholders clearly and accurately.
• Provide support for sold installations and project management tasks.
