Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a sales-driven, customer-focused associate at our Tacoma location. You will sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Build lasting relationships, merchandise the showroom, and handle POS transactions and daily store operations.

Strong communication and sales skills are essential; flooring knowledge is a plus. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities
