Job summary

Lumber Liquidators in Naples, FL seeks a sales-driven associate for our showroom. You will sell, upsell, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while handling POS, inventory, and daily store operations.

Base pay is $15.00 per hour plus monthly commission with no cap. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. We offer 401(k) with company match, PTO, and holidays. Bilingual Spanish is a bonus; forklift certification required before operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Bilingual Spanish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Merchandise and maintain an inspiring, organized showroom.
• Handle POS transactions, inventory management, and daily store operations.
• Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally.
• Participate in promotional events and special projects to boost sales.
