Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a sales-driven, customer-focused associate in Naples, FL. Earn base pay of $15.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with full-time hours and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include selling, upselling, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a well-merchandised showroom, handling POS and inventory, and participating in promotions. Flexible scheduling and bilingualSpanish bonuses are noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Merchandise and maintain an organized showroom.
• Handle POS transactions, inventory management, and daily store operations.
