Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using computers for basic tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise and answering questions.
• Down stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt of products.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread depending on dept.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned.
