Star Interior Resources in Phoenix is seeking an experienced flooring sales professional to join our elite team. The Flooring Sales Executive will prospect, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships while growing sales in commercial and residential markets.

Starting pay is $60k with performance-based earnings of $100k+, with warm leads, a robust CRM, and a supportive office environment that promotes growth and career advancement.

The Flooring Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and attracting new clients while developing long-term relationships and managing existing accounts to drive product sales within both the commercial and residential markets. This role combines sales, product management, customer relationships and business development with opportunity for long-term career growth.

Experience

• Experience with selling flooring products and materials
• Experience measuring home or client location
• Experience with business-to-business sales
• Demonstrated ability to work in either a retail flooring environment or with builders, developers, various sub-contractors, manufacturers, designers and architects.
• Aggressive sales attitude and demonstrated ability to close
• Relationship driven and understands how to develop and retain business

Knowledge

• Flooring product knowledge including carpet, tile, wood, laminate, LVP or commercial flooring

Project Management:

Ability to work jobs from start to finish as part of a team and/or independently

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience with CRM (Salesforce, FreshSales etc,) and invoicing/project management systems a plus
