Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year in customer-facing sales or 6 months in Lowe’s retail.
• 1 year sales or customer service experience with targets.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs.
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state (Lowe’s will support).

Aufgaben

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating advantages of Lowe’s products.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors within your department; provide estimates and schedule installer visits.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales and coordinate stock when needed.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and store communications.
• Train associates in the department with on-the-job coaching.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
