Floor & Decor is hiring Sales Associates in Hyannis, MA to deliver friendly, accurate service and help customers find products to complete their projects.

As a Sales Associate you will connect with customers, suggest products, maintain clean, stocked aisles, and process purchases at the POS while upholding company safety and cash-handling procedures. Full-time and part-time roles available, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications through F&D.
• Certification to use heavy equipment may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, discuss projects, and recommend products.
• Provide above-and-beyond service and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management to achieve sales goals.
• Process checkout using POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise.
• Be available to assist in other areas as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
