Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking energetic Sales Associates in Draper, Utah to help customers find products and complete projects on a fast-paced floor. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with competitive pay and opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, recommending products, processing transactions at POS, maintaining clean, stocked aisles, and working with the team to meet sales goals in a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires passing a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations when assisting customers.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
