Job summary

• Ability to interpret change orders and understand the implications.
• Knowledge of floor covering materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter homebuilder orders into the JDE order processing system accurately and timely.
• Translate customer orders into a standard entry format.
• Schedule materials per the builder's installation schedule.
• Track house status to ensure material readiness before installation date.
• Communicate essential information to builders and branch personnel.
• Process change orders via homebuilder portals promptly.
• Collaborate with branches on pre-closing repairs and material issues.
• Respond to inquiries from builders and internal teams promptly.
• Support other departments as needed (accounting, procurement, customer service, branches).
