Job summary

Italian Terrazzo Tile Co. of Brevard, LLC. seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily operations across office, warehouse, and field teams. You will oversee the P&L, coordinate with vendors, and ensure project scheduling aligns with installation timelines.

You will manage staff performance, conduct weekly reviews, and drive customer satisfaction while controlling operational budgets and inventories. Prior experience in flooring materials and construction is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the construction industry; flooring management a plus.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.
• Prior experience using scheduling software (JDE, ERP, MS Office).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with customer satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage workflow of branch staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of office, warehouse, and field duties.
• Conduct weekly meetings with staff to monitor workflow and deadlines.
• Oversee and manage all branch operations and the operational budget.
• Ensure field staff adheres to builders’ schedules for installation.
• Act as primary point of contact for vendors and customers.
• Resolve escalated issues or conflicts.
• Assist sales staff in pursuing and retaining sales and business development opportunities.
• Recruit and retain adequate subcontractor labor pool.
• Audit installer backcharges and oversee inventory control and logistics.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment and development needs.

• Priorexperienceusingschedulingsoftware,JDE,MicrosoftOffice,andERPsoftware.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated ability to provide solutions to unexpected challenges. Thinking outside the box to ensure customer satisfaction.
