Professional Diversified Flooring, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial flooring projects in Las Vegas and other western markets.

You will own from bidding to delivery, manage budgets, and ensure on-time performance while developing relationships with End Users, GC's and suppliers. This role demands tech-savvy coordination, strong communication, and rigorous attention to detail; you will supervise labor, coordinate submittals, and drive value

Qualifications

• Commercial flooring PM experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field or 5 years field experience.
• Mastery of reading construction plans, blueprints, details and specifications.
• Tech savvy with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow an independent book of business with networks.
• Direct the bid strategy with support from Bid Specialists and Estimating.
• Coordinate client scopes and schedules for seamless execution.
• Manage project timelines and material lead times to avoid delays.
• Visit job sites and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Oversee labor scheduling and maintain job costing and margins.
