gpac is seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Sales/Project Manager to oversee flooring projects from pre-construction through completion. The role requires strong knowledge of commercial flooring systems and proven project-management skills to coordinate customers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews.

• 5+ years of commercial flooring project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial flooring projects from estimating handoff through final completion.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, installers, subcontractors, and job-site activities.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, change orders, and profitability.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and track progress against milestones.
• Identify potential project issues and develop timely solutions.
