Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers and manage expectations.
• Prepare detailed estimates from bid documents, site walks, and past experience.
• Apply labor to estimates considering hazards and conditions.
• Perform take-offs for quantities required for estimates.
• Solicit competitive quotes from subs and vendors.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Build teams, mentor future foremen.
