Strong leadership, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are essential. The role comes with a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $70,000, based on experience, along with bonus opportunities to reward performance. This position is full-time, requiring occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience in flooring installation & production management.
• Strong communication skills (phone & in-person).
• Established industry contacts preferred.
• Proficient in scheduling, planning, and workflow optimization.
• Tech-savvy (Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Problem-solver with proactive planning skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Confident decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers.
• Assist the sales team, including ride-a-longs for complex quotes.
• Provide updates on project start dates and timelines.
• Hold weekly meetings with sales staff to discuss projects.
• Proactively seek and evaluate installer talent.
• Oversee installer and vendor relationships.
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively.
• Communicate daily with installers for project updates.
• Address challenges during construction.
• Organize and oversee product storage in the warehouse.
• Conduct regular job site visits.
• Oversee product allocation and manage job costs.
• Take before-and-after photos for accountability.
• Strive for 5-star ratings on every project.
