Floor Coverings International of Columbus is seeking an outside sales representative to drive growth in the North Columbus market. You will manage in-home appointments, present flooring options, and close sales on the spot with a mobile showroom approach.

This hunter role rewards hustle with a $50,000 forgivable draw plus uncapped commissions, plus a realistic path to six figures in year one through strong lead generation and referrals.

Formación

• 2+ years of outside sales experience in flooring, home improvement, or construction.
• Proven track record of closing sales and handling objections.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and estimating.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Run in-home sales consultations with warm, pre-set leads.
• Present flooring options, pricing, and close on the spot.
• Recommend solutions that fit the customer’s style, needs, and budget.
• Manage pipeline: proposals, follow-ups, and next steps.
• Hand off closed projects to install team for a seamless experience.
• Build referral relationships with past customers and trade partners.
• Prospect and develop new opportunities.
