Job summary

ProSource Wholesale in Tucson, AZ is hiring an Inside Sales Pro to build relationships with Trade Pro members and their clients. Based at the Tucson showroom, you will prospect, cold call, and learn customer needs to offer real flooring solutions.

You’ll deliver high-touch service, stay informed on trends, and partner with the showroom team to meet goals. This role offers a base of $22–$24 per hour plus commission from Day 1, with real earning potential in the $75K–$100K+ range annually.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills across phone, in-person and writing.
• A positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Natural relationship-builder with great people skills.
• Experience in flooring or design sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with Trade Pro members and their clients.
• Hunt for new business through prospecting and cold calls to grow your territory.
• Understand customers’ businesses, goals and projects to offer real solutions.
• Deliver a high-touch customer experience on every interaction.
• Stay sharp on products, trends, and industry insights with available training.
• Keep your pipeline organized and up-to-date in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the showroom team and hit your sales goals.
