Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Designer to deliver seamless, consultative design service in our store, meeting customers’ project needs and educating them on requirements while crafting a concept blending style and budget.

The role involves greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and advising on flooring products for residential and commercial projects. You will manage multiple projects with strong communication with store leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year interior design or retail/sales experience.
• Degree in Design is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and support store design walk-in needs.
• Schedule design appointments and develop clientele via referrals and store leads.
• Advise on tile, wood, stone and accessories for residential and commercial projects.
• Design and sell complete, functional and aesthetically appealing solutions.
• Manage multiple projects with accuracy and timely follow-up.
