Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Flooring Field Manager for the West Valley area to lead field operations, ensure safety, and uphold project quality.

You will supervise crews, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain communication with customers and leadership to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills, with travel to multiple job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, or project management in flooring.
• Proven leadership and supervision of field crews.
• Understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Develop daily/weekly work schedules optimizing labor and materials.
• Conduct on-site inspections for progress, quality, and safety.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues to minimize delays or rework.
• Coordinate field operations with project mgmt, logistics, and manufacturing.
• Lead, train, and mentor field staff on policies and safety.
• Serve as on-site liaison with customers, builders, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project records and submission documentation.
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
