50Floor, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead branch operations from warehouse to job sites, ensuring quality workmanship and superior customer experience. You will support the GSM, manage vendors, and drive branch revenue while maintaining safety and service standards.

The ideal candidate brings a hands-on, proactive leadership style with experience in flooring, construction, or home renovation project management, plus strong problem solving and a willingness to travel for growth.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent education; related experience in operations
• 3+ years driving performance and leading teams in home improvement or construction
• Experience with flooring products or renovation projects preferred
• Strong communication, training and vendor management skills

Responsibilities

• Support branch GM in training, quality, service standards and profitability
• Coach and monitor operations team; onboard contractors
• Lead meetings to drive performance and expand knowledge base
• Address escalated customer issues for timely resolution
• Perform site visits to verify installation quality
• Fill in for GM during time off or peak periods
