Strathmore is hiring an experienced Estimator to support our residential builder operations. We are a fast-growing flooring, cabinet, paint, and design firm with locations across the Southeast.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct take-offs including costs for materials and installation labor.
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
3. Provide consultation, coordination, customer service, and assistance to customers and internal personnel.
4. Maintain detailed and organized records of bid documents, drawings, correspondence, and other project-specific information.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as an estimator, with previous experience in the residential construction industry and flooring strongly preferred.

• Ability to read, interpret, and understand architectural drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in RFMS Measure program, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Highly self-motivated.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
