Position Overview

The Flooring Estimator supports the Regional Sales Manager by marketing our polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems, as well as materials for commercial and industrial markets. The ideal candidate will have sales and/or estimating experience, preferably in flooring.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand accounts through follow-up, cold calling, telemarketing, target marketing, and business development meetings
  • Manage new and existing accounts, conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and demonstrate materials
  • Measure floors and estimate material and labor requirements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare accurate proposals
  • Occasional overnight travel
  • Motivate and contribute to regional sales growth
Qualifications
  • Experience in flooring, construction, or sales
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Strong time and territory management skills with a drive to develop new accounts
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Must be 18 or older, authorized to work in the U.S., and pass pre-employment drug screening
