Title: Cost Estimator
Job ID: 1310
Location: 100% Remote
Start: Award – August 2026
Must be US Citizen

Requirements:

• Proficient with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) cost estimating software called MicroComputer Aided Cost Estimating System (MCACES) or typically called MII software.

• 5+ years of experience performing cost estimates for the USACE, especially projects over $250M.

• Familiar with the USACE Hazardous, Toxic, and Radiological Waste (HTRW) work breakdown structure.

• Experience estimating construction activities such as electrical installation estimating, concrete structure construction, industrial construction, etc.

• Experience in deconstruction and decommissioning estimating (desired, not required).

• Since the NFSS work is dealing with radioactive waste, estimator knowledge in this area would be helpful, but not required.
