Southwest Constructions Services, Inc. seeks an Epoxy/Resinous Flooring Crew Leader/Superintendent to guide field crews on commercial projects. Qualifications

5+ years of commercial epoxy/resinous flooring experience.
2+ years of crew leadership or superintendent-level experience.
Strong product knowledge in commercial coating systems.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and coordinate epoxy/resinous flooring crews.
Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial coating projects.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and product data sheets.
Ensure proper surface prep, moisture testing, shot blasting, grinding, and coating installation.
Oversee mixing ratios, cure times, environmental conditions, and application techniques.
Monitor quality control to ensure manufacturer and project spec compliance.
Coordinate scheduling, manpower, and material deliveries.
Communicate daily progress to Project Managers and Division leadership.
Maintain project timelines and productivity goals.
Train and mentor crew members in proper installation techniques.
Complete daily field reports and documentation.
Track materials and equipment usage.
Participate in project and safety meetings.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Ensure crew compliance with OSHA standards.
