Job summary

Flooring Services LTD seeks a Customer Service Representative to coordinate orders for flooring and cabinet projects. You will communicate with customers and homeowners by phone and email, enter data into orders, and ensure accurate processing from selection to installation.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in customer service or related roles, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy setting. High school diploma required; college coursework a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree is a plus.
• Three to five years of customer service, order-processing, administrative, flooring or cabinet experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, data-entry and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer and job information accurately into orders and company systems.
• Transcribe flooring, cabinet, installation, and repair orders from selection sheets.
• Create and process installation and repair work orders for flooring and cabinets.
• Review orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to emails and telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Update records when changes occur and communicate with internal departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer, employee, and company information.
