Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selections considering use, design, and performance.
• Identify products and labor to build accurate price quotations and work orders for installations.
• Provide customer design assistance in-store or on project sites.
• Visit projects to gather measurements and ensure installation quality and satisfaction.
• Record customer and project data in FC Hub Applications.
• Use the store POS system to create work orders, schedule tasks, and invoice customers.
• Compare products with competitors to highlight Sherwin-Williams advantages.
• Develop and update a territory SherPlan across the year.
• Grow sales and profits by following up on inquiries and supporting marketing initiatives.
• Plan daily/weekly activity to maximize time and execute sales strategies.
