Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collect customer/project information to accurately assess needs.
• Assist customers with product selections based on fitness for use, design, and performance.
• Identify products and labor to prepare accurate price quotations and work orders.
• Provide customer design assistance in-store or on project site.
• Conduct project visits to gather information and ensure quality of installation and customer satisfaction.
• Record customer and project information in FC Hub and build detailed quotations.
• Use the POS system to create work orders, schedule work, and invoice customers.
• Compare products and identify competitive advantages for Sherwin-Williams/Carpet Land.
• Develop and update a territory SherPlan strategy throughout the year.
• Grow sales and profits by following up on inquiries and supporting sales initiatives.
