Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company seeks a role to support sales at its floorcovering store and coordinate installation through independent contractors for wholesale customers in Denver. You will assist in scheduling installations and ensure work meets client expectations.

Candidate should have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift heavy items, and be prepared to work evenings or weekends. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred to support store operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support sales at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store, servicing wholesale customers.
• Assist Branch Manager with installing plans to meet sales and profit goals.
• Assist sales reps with field measurements, cut sheets, seam diagrams, and product specs.
• Ensure all customer orders are measured and cut correctly.
• Perform on-site inspections to verify customer satisfaction.
• Ensure installer transactions are processed through the store system and records are kept.
• Identify training needs for installers and arrange training.
