Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking an Assembler I to fabricate component parts and assemble finished products per customer specifications.

You will secure required parts, set up the work area, and use hand tools to complete assembly while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include inspecting materials and products for conformance, keeping production records, and supporting safety and continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required, though 6 months of manufacturing/assembling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up work area and assemble parts per instructions and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools to complete the assembly process.
• Stack and label finished products as required; ensure safety and cleanliness of workspace.
• Record production data and maintain compliance with safety and quality procedures.
• Support safety, CI and other programs; participate in meetings as needed.
