Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking anAssembler I to fabricate component parts and assemble finished products per customer specifications. You will secure and maintain parts and supplies, set up work areas, and ensure safety and quality throughout the process.

The role requires basic math and attention to detail, with 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred. The position offers annual pay between $35,000 and $50,000 plus incentive bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
• No minimum experience is required however, 6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts according to prescribed instructions and quality standards.
• Set up work area and maintain organization and safety.
• Operate hand tools to complete the assembly process.
• Stack, label, and band finished products as needed.
• Maintain production records and ensure materials and finished goods meet standards.
• Participate in safety, CI, and other programs and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
