Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years leading or conducting training in manufacturing.
• 2–4 years manufacturing experience.
• Able to read and write instructions in English.
• Learning Management Systems knowledge preferred.
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily technical training on the floor to certify team members.
• Support New Hire Orientation/Onboarding training as needed.
• Track, evaluate and measure training using the company LMS tools.
• Create site-specific technical learning aids and SOPs.
• Certify, assess and support day-to-day certification processes.
• Conduct training on all shifts.
• Promote safety-minded behaviors on the floor.
• Assist in candidate assessment during hiring.
• Improve team performance and reduce training time.
• Drive continuous improvement in training efficiencies.
