Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean in Little Rock, AR is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to maintain and transform floors into sparkling showcases. You’ll perform daily floor care, carpet maintenance, hard floor restoration, and support the team with supplies and moving items.

No prior floor tech experience is required—we train you. A strong work ethic, ability to lift 55 lbs, and willingness to work evenings (5pm–1am) are essential. A valid driver's license and clean criminal history are also required.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift 55 lbs. during shifts.
• Ability to work evening hours, typically 5pm–1am.
• Experience as a floor tech is a plus but training is provided.
• Team-first attitude and flexibility for fast-paced work.
• Clear driving record in the past 5 years and a valid drivers license.
• Clear criminal history report.

Responsibilities

• Daily Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.
• Carpet Maintenance: Shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Hard Floor Restoration: Stripping, scrubbing, refinishing, buffing, burnishing.
• Team Support: Moving furniture and managing supplies.

The pay rate for the position is dependent on experience.
