Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a part-time Floor Technician for evening shifts in Chattanooga. You will perform floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, polishing, carpet maintenance, and hard floor restoration, with training provided as needed.

No prior floor tech experience is required; we offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs throughout shift.
• Experience as a floor technician is a plus but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Daily floor care: sweeping, mopping, polishing, vacuuming.
• Carpet maintenance: shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Hard floor restoration: stripping, waxing, buffing.
• Team support: moving furniture and managing supplies.

What You’ll Do:

As a valued ServiceMaster Clean Floor Technician, you’ll be trusted to maintain and transform floors into sparkling showcases. With ServiceMaster’s tools and methods, you’ll tackle:

• Daily Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.
