Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is hiring a Floor Care Technician in the United States. You will maintain and transform floors using our tools and methods, performing daily floor care, carpet maintenance, hard floor restoration, and team support tasks. Training is provided to master all aspects of the role.

The position includes a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with compensation ranging from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour and weekly pay. PTO and holiday pay after 90 days.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn.
• Team-first attitude and flexibility to work at a fast pace.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs during shifts.
• Experience as a floor tech is a plus but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Daily floor care: sweeping, mopping, polishing, vacuuming.
• Carpet maintenance: shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Hard floor restoration: stripping, waxing, buffing.
• Team support: moving furniture and managing supplies.
