Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is hiring a Floor Technician in Chattanooga for part-time evening shifts. You will maintain and transform floors using our tools and methods, with training provided.

You will perform daily floor care, carpet maintenance, hard floor restoration, and support the team by moving furniture and managing supplies. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 55 lbs.
• Team-oriented with ability to work evenings.

Responsibilities

• Daily floor care: sweeping, mopping, polishing, vacuuming.
• Carpet maintenance: shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Hard floor restoration: stripping, waxing, buffing.
• Support the team: move furniture and manage supplies.

What You’ll Do:

As a valued ServiceMaster Clean Floor Technician, you’ll be trusted to maintain and transform floors into sparkling showcases. With ServiceMaster’s tools and methods, you’ll tackle:

• Daily Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.
• Carpet Maintenance: Shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Hard Floor Restoration: Stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Team Support: Moving furniture and managing supplies.

Your work will make a tangible difference, and we’ll provide the training to ensure you master every aspect of floor care, from operating equipment to identifying different flooring types.

What You’ll Need:

• A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn.
• The ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs. throughout your shift.
• Experience as a floor tech is a plus but not required—we’ll train you!
