Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean in Defiance, OH is hiring a Floor Care Technician to keep floors looking pristine and help create healthier spaces for our clients. You’ll use essential cleaning techniques, operate equipment, and learn to identify flooring types while joining a supportive team.

The role offers paid training, a 1st-3rd shift rotation, and competitive pay with weekly payroll. No prior experience required—we’ll train you to succeed and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Prior floor tech experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Daily floor care including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.
• Carpet maintenance such as shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Hard floor restoration including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Assist with moving furniture and stocking supplies as needed.

Position: Floor Care Technician

As a valued ServiceMaster Clean Floor Technician, you’ll be trusted to maintain and transform floors into sparkling showcases. With ServiceMaster’s tools and methods, you’ll tackle:

• Daily Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
