Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a reliable Floor Technician to maintain and transform floors into sparkling showcases using our tools and methods. You’ll tackle daily floor care, carpet maintenance, and hard floor restoration with training provided.

You’ll need a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, plus the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs while working at a fast pace in a team setting. Training will be provided to master all aspects of floor care.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs during shift.
• Experience as a floor technician is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Flexibility to work at a fast pace as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Daily floor care: sweeping, mopping, polishing, vacuuming.
• Carpet maintenance: shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Hard floor restoration: stripping, waxing, buffing.
• Team support: moving furniture and managing supplies.
