Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC in Littleton, CO is hiring full-time Floor Techs to maintain clean, safe spaces across designated areas. Starting pay is $15.16 per hour, with shifts from 11 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

You will perform floor care tasks, move furniture, and follow safety guidelines to protect yourself and others. The role requires lifting up to 49 lbs, reading safety manuals, and operating janitorial equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in floor care or janitorial services.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Lift 15–25 pounds and handle heavy equipment as needed.
• Must be able to bend, reach, and climb ladders safely.
• Familiarity with reading English safety documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture safely and follow safety guidelines.
• Report to Supervisor any repairs or safety hazards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment.
• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
