Job summary
Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring Floor Techs in Michigan. Starting pay is $16.14 per hour with 10am-2pm shifts. You will perform floor care tasks including spot removal, bonnet cleaning, stripping/waxing, and carpet care, using appropriate equipment and chemicals.

Qualifications
- One year of floor care experience preferred.
- Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
- Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance documents (English; Spanish where required).
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
- Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas with proper equipment.
- Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Move large furniture and objects safely and report repairs or safety hazards.
- Follow chemical handling and equipment instructions; maintain a neat closet.
