Confidence Management Solutions is seeking a Floor Tech for a nursing facility in Hillsborough, NJ, with shifts Day and Evening, alternating weekends and holidays. Full-time and part-time options are available, location: Bound Brook, NJ.

Responsibilities include floor maintenance, operating floor care equipment, and general facility duties. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, healthcare environment experience is a plus, and ability to operate floor scrubbers and buffers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Environmental Services or housekeeping is a plus.
• Experience in nursing home/hospital healthcare environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate floor scrubbing machines and buffers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
• Operate floor care equipment such as extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, and steam machine safely.
• Keep equipment in good condition and stored properly after use.
• Dispose of garbage throughout the facility.
• Perform other related duties as required.
