Confidence Management Solutions, LLC is hiring Floor Tech for a nursing home, senior living, hospital, or healthcare facility in Deltona, FL. The role is full-time with day and evening shifts, alternating weekends and holidays.

Compensation is $15.00 per hour. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and prior environmental services or housekeeping experience is a plus. Relevant healthcare environment experience is advantageous.

• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Floor Tech Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available. Nursing Home, Senior Living, Hospital, or Healthcare Preferred!

Floor Tech Shifts: Day and Evening Shifts. Alternating Weekends, Holidays.

Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is currently recruiting experienced Floor Tech for long term care nursing facility in Deltona, FL. West Volusia Nursing Home. 1851 Elkcam Blvd. Deltona, Florida 32725.

Floor Tech Key Duties

• Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
• Utilize and safely operate extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Floor Tech Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Environmental Services or housekeeping experience a plus.
• Prior experience working in a nursing home, hospital or healthcare environment a plus.
• Ability to operate automatic floor scrubbing machines and floor buffers.
