IH Services, Inc. is seeking a floor maintenance tech to join our team for cleaning and maintenance duties in facilities. The role includes stripping, waxing, buffing floors and carpet cleaning, with additional cleaning tasks as needed.

One year of experience is preferred, but training will be provided. Schedule hours are 4:30pm-11:30pm, and the organization participates in E-Verify. Weekly pay is offered along with benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• One year experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
• Ability to work with other crew members and follow supervisor instructions.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
