Job summary

Evolution United States is hiring a Floor Supervisor to oversee the gaming floor during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and providing supervisory support to team members.

You will monitor performance, coordinate with operations, manage deadlines, and lead and coach the team while handling attendance and employee relations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role or related field.
• Experience as a game presenter or shuffler is preferred but not required.
• Technically proficient and highly organized.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Job Description

The Floor Supervisor will have complete oversight of the gaming floor during their assigned shift. This individual will be responsible for monitoring the operations of the floor, ensuring tables are running smoothly without error and providing supervisory support to team members.
