Evolution is hiring Game Hosts for our professional broadcast studio in Atlantic City. You will host live Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat games on camera while online players join from around the world. No casino or hosting experience is required, and paid training is provided.

Earn hourly earnings with tips, starting at $7 base + $10 tips, guaranteed raise after 3 months, and growth up to $23–$28 per hour. Benefits include insurance and 401(k), with paid time off and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a New Jersey gaming license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working under professional studio lighting.
• Able to remain seated or standing during assigned games.

Instead of mixing drinks, you will host live Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat games on camera while online players join from around the world.

No casino experience required. No hosting experience needed. We provide paid training and teach you the games.

• Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total


• After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed
